About MetShape

MetShape is a technology startup and spin-off from Pforzheim University. Using our proprietary Lithography-based Metal Manufacturing (LMM) technology, we produce highly precise metallic micro-components for customers in medical technology, micro-optics, and precision engineering.

Your Mission

You are the person who keeps MetShape running smoothly.

As the central link between management, engineering, production, and customers, you coordinate operations, manage schedules, support sales activities, and ensure day-to-day business runs efficiently.

We are not looking for someone who simply manages processes, we are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and enjoys helping build a growing technology company.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate customer orders and internal workflows

  • Manage schedules for customers, management, and team members

  • Support shipping, delivery coordination, and customer communication

  • Maintain CRM and customer databases

  • Assist with sales activities and proposal preparation

  • Organize trade fairs, events, and customer visits

  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn company presence

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and office operations

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or commercial/business qualification

  • Initial experience in office management, sales support, operations, or an administrative role

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Reliable, proactive, and hands-on mindset

  • Professional German and confident English communication skills

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Motivation to learn, grow, and take responsibility
